La Coupe Sauvage first opened
its doors on November 15th, 1994 in the Town and Country center in Santa
Rosa. The Town and Country center was established in the 1930's and has
retained the charm of that era. By November 1996, Barbara Middleton became
the sole proprietor and the original concept began to grow. Overtime we
outgrew the space, and not wishing to move sought another alternative.
A second location offered a solution as well as an opportunity. We opened
our Healdsburg location on October 11th, 2005. We determined that Healdsburg
would allow us to grow in an environment that has much of the same amenities
as our originial location but offers a great deal more in terms of shopping
and dining in this well-known wine region. Located on the creek side of
Healdsburg Avenue gives us an "off the beaten path" vibe while only being
one block off the square.
Our goal is to provide our clients
with the most current trends and uncompromising
level of quality in service and product selection. The quality of
our staff is the key to our success and therefore our selection process is a
group effort that enables each staff member to contribute to the culture
at La Coupe Sauvage. We are unique in the strength of our team, helping
one another in cooperation and serving our clients.
